1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okokph platform (accessible at okokph.club and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and okokph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okokph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the okokph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of okokph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from okokph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, unless that exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of okokph services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active account on okokph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. okokph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• Unauthorized access. You must notify okokph support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. okokph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC verification. okokph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by okokph for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okokph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.
• Prohibited deposit methods. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted on okokph. Credit card gambling deposits are not supported in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be returned to the source where technically possible.
• Funds must be your own. You confirm that all funds deposited into your okokph account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. okokph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time.
• Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method. okokph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud.
• Inactive accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okokph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your okokph account in Philippine Pesos and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.
• okokph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during those periods.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the okokph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all titles:

• All bets placed on okokph are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okokph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific live dealer studio providing the game. In the event of a dispute between the platform display and the live dealer studio's records, the studio's records shall be considered authoritative.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG systems used by okokph's game providers are independently tested and certified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. okokph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time .

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okokph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation. Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform, including false identity documents or misrepresentation of age.
• Money laundering. Using the okokph platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or any other form of collusive play.
• Use of automated tools. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering on okokph.
• Unauthorized access. Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the okokph platform's systems, servers, databases, or security measures without authorization.
• Exploitation of errors. Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Third-party account use. Allowing any third party to access or use your okokph account, or accessing or using another player's account.

8. Responsible Gaming

okokph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered okokph players:

• Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits. Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits. Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods. Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-exclusion. Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from okokph may request self-exclusion through the platform's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

okokph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okokph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of okokph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the okokph platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the platform.
• Use the okokph name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okokph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized account access caused by the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond okokph's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or any other content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okokph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the okokph platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how okokph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on okokph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

12. Termination

okokph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding disputes or investigations.

You may close your okokph account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okokph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of online gaming, players may also refer the matter to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) through its official complaint channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okokph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okokph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the okokph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
